Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. You should send the Goods to the respective stores.
All returns and refunds are managed manually at the respective stores.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items for a credit note. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
