Canvas is an extremely durable plain-woven fabric. Ours has a thick strong feel and a natural durability. While our medium weight and heavy cotton fabrics are woven from pre-dyed yarns, the cotton canvas is woven from the undyed cotton fibres before being dyed as a piece. Unlike many modern canvas fabrics we do not use any PVC in our canvas, which is 100% cotton. Our brass buckles and specialised fittings are handmade from brass by artisans in Kathmandu who hand cut, file and polish local Nepali brass into shape.
